There are a number of reasons why this may be, please carefully check the redemption instructions on your redemption voucher as the answer may be there. Other reasons may be that it’s within the delivery period and still on its way or you may need to redeem the offer online and provide your shipping details directly to the business.
I signed up to Yellow Pages® Offers, but I'm not receiving my daily email?
The most likely reason is that your subscription isn't verified. We only want our database to contain valid email addresses, so we send you a verification email. Please check your junk mail folder in case it has been directed there. Also make sure your email account settings don't block noreply emails. You verify by clicking the verify your email address link in the email. Once you verify, you will receive the emails as of next day. If you can't find your verification email, please let us know and we will send you a new one.
I'm already subscribed, but I can't access the site/a pop-up box appears.
An automatic pop-up box appears to all new users who access the site. However this pop-up will also appear to already registered users who've cleared the cookies on their PC or are accessing Yellow Pages®

How do I unsubscribe from Yellow Pages® Offers?
Click on the Unsubscribe link, which can be found at the bottom, left hand side of your daily email. The emails will stop after 48 hours. If you’re still receiving emails after this time, email our Customer Care team at yellowpagesoffers@sensis.com.au and ask to be unsubscribed.
