We source offers from our extensive Yellow Pages® advertiser network and run offers for a limited duration, usually 24 hours.

Businesses who provide offers using our site will have a minimum number of people they need to take up the Offer to make it possible for them to give fantastic discounts. If the minimum number of people is met, the Offer goes ahead and you reap the rewards!

How do I purchase a Yellow Pages® Offer?
Easy – just click BUY while the Offer is live, enter all the mandatory fields, the Quantity, choose your payment method & click Purchase. If the minimum number of people take up the Offer to trigger it, you will be charged when the Offer closes. You’ll then be sent your redemption voucher to the email address you signed up to Yellow Pages® Offers with (a PDF. attachment), which will allow you to redeem with the business that ran the Offer. The redemption voucher will have all the information you need to redeem the Offer.
How do I pay for a Yellow Pages® Offer?
You can pay via PayPal, using either your PayPal account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard), it’s your choice!
Are my credit card details safe?
Absolutely! All our payments are processed securely using PayPal, so your actual credit card or bank account details are never passed on to Yellow Pages® Offers.

That’s okay; we can resend it to you. Please email our Customer Care team at yellowpagesoffers@sensis.com.au and provide them with any details of the Offer you can recall, as well as your name and the email address you’ve subscribed to Yellow Pages® Offers with.
My Offer is to be delivered, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
There are a number of reasons why this may be, please carefully check the redemption instructions on your redemption voucher as the answer may be there. Other reasons may be that it’s within the delivery period and still on its way or you may need to redeem the offer online and provide your shipping details directly to the business.
I signed up to Yellow Pages® Offers, but I'm not receiving my daily email?
The most likely reason is that your subscription isn't verified. We only want our database to contain valid email addresses, so we send you a verification email. Please check your junk mail folder in case it has been directed there. Also make sure your email account settings don't block noreply emails. You verify by clicking the verify your email address link in the email. Once you verify, you will receive the emails as of next day. If you can't find your verification email, please let us know and we will send you a new one.
I'm already subscribed, but I can't access the site/a pop-up box appears.
An automatic pop-up box appears to all new users who access the site. However this pop-up will also appear to already registered users who've cleared the cookies on their PC or are accessing Yellow Pages® Offers from a new device.
Do I have to use my Offer today?
Most offers have a decent shelf life but you should always check the validity dates to avoid disappointment.
What if my voucher isn’t honoured before it expires?

How do I unsubscribe from Yellow Pages® Offers?
Click on the Unsubscribe link, which can be found at the bottom, left hand side of your daily email. The emails will stop after 48 hours. If you’re still receiving emails after this time, email our Customer Care team at yellowpagesoffers@sensis.com.au and ask to be unsubscribed.
