Unlike Daily Offers, you won’t need to purchase anything from www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au, instead you can simply download discount coupons and then redeem directly with the advertised business.

While you won’t be receiving a daily Yellow Pages® Offers email, we promise to keep you posted on great new discounts and deals in your area.

  • We are changing the way that we offer discount coupons to you. Unlike the currently available daily offers, you won’t need to purchase anything from the www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au website. Instead discount coupons will be available for you to download and then redeem directly with the advertised business.

  • When is the change to Yellow Pages Offers occurring?
  • The last daily offer (requiring purchase via the www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au website) will be available on Thursday 28 June, 2012.

  • What will happen to Daily Offers purchased before the change?
  • Daily Offers purchased on or before 28 June, 2012, will not be impacted by this change. You can refer to the terms and conditions of your purchased daily offer for information about how to redeem the product or service. Yellow Pages Offers will still be able to address queries in relation to these offers.

  • Yellow Pages Offers has identified discount coupons as a great fit with existing advertisers, provides more opportunities for integration with www.yellowpages.com.au and for people just like you, looking for deals generally.

    This change will also mean we can bring you more types of offers and you don’t have to buy anything upfront.on www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au.

    Our new offers can also be valid for up to 90 days giving you more time to use the offer.

  • What type of offers will be available after the change?
  • Offers will be available across a range of categories including; Travel and Leisure, Food, Health and Beauty, Retail, Services, Entertainment, Family and Children.

    Offers are created by each business and may include 2 for 1 deals, a nominated percentage off a product/service price, or even free products and/or services with another purchase.

    These offers can be valid for up to 90 days but make sure you keep an eye on the validity dates so you use it in time.

  • How will I find out about the offers that are available?
  • All you need to do is visit www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au, and search in your state, suburb or category to find local discounts relevant to you.

    The search results will show you the current offers.

    You can click them for more information, download them or even share it with your friends via email, Facebook, or Twitter.

    We also intend to in time let you know with emails when new offers are on the site. We’ll keep you posted on when this is happening.

  • How do I use/redeem the offer vouchers after the change?
  • You’ll need to download the voucher off the site and redeem directly with the business advertising the offer.

    Redeeming the voucher will normally include purchasing a good or service directly with the business.

    Just be sure to check the fine print, not all offers are redeemed in the same way. Please make sure you read the instructions carefully. Be aware of any specific Terms and Conditions relating to the offer which are also noted on the voucher.

    Offers may be redeemable in-store, online or delivered to your door.

  • You can contact the business providing the offer. You’ll find the businesses contact information on the offer you download.

  • Will I still receive a daily email about offers?
  • You won’t receive a daily Yellow Pages® Offers email in the short term. We will keep you posted with updates to the site on www.yellowpagesoffers.com.au, so make sure you keep checking in.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Yellow Pages® Offers?
  • Click on the Unsubscribe link, which can be found at the bottom, left hand side of your daily email. The emails will stop after 48 hours. If you’re still receiving emails after this time, email our Customer Care team at yellowpagesoffers@sensis.com.au and ask to be unsubscribed.
